Designed
to meet the FAA’s emerging training
program requirements for repair stations,
our Task Training & Qualification
Program® is designed to provide
Certified Repair Stations and Commercial
Operators with the capability of training
and validating their employees practical
knowledge and skill to a higher level
than is generally achieved through
expensive systems courses. In fact,
the Task Training & Qualification
Program® enables the organization
to directly benefit from its investment
in personnel sent to systems courses
by utilizing them as OJT Instructors
for product-specific task training
events.
The
Task Training & Qualification
Program® utilizes generic foundation
training for each task to provide
the fundamental technical and safety
knowledge required. After completion
of the foundation training, the employee
participates in product-specific task
demonstration, performance, and evaluation
activities supervised by qualified
personnel within your organization
who are formally trained and/or highly
experienced on the product and the
task. While our entire line of courses
and seminars would compliment the
program, our OJT Instructor Course
and Task Foundation Seminars are specifically
designed with the Task Training &
Qualification Program® in mind.
The
Task Training & Qualification
Program® includes a manual detailing
training and evaluation of all technical
personnel. Protocols are provided
for training and evaluation of line
service technicians, maintenance helpers,
journeyman technicians, aircraft inspectors,
collateral duty inspectors, nondestructive
testing inspectors, detail inspectors,
logbook researchers, receiving inspectors,
and maintenance supervisors. Included
in the protocol are new employee training
& evaluation goals to establish
minimum achievement objectives for
newly hired or newly assigned employees.
You determine the tasks to be required
and the time limits for the training
to be completed. We can assist by
performing a training needs analysis
of your activities.
All
foundation and task training is documented
in a simple format that provides a
written record of the process completion.
Once the foundation training and product-specific
task training is completed, the qualification
may be recorded in our user friendly
Microsoft Access database. From the
database, a training matrix may be
printed for each product maintained,
clearly demonstrating the tasks and
all personnel trained and evaluated
to perform them.
