Become a Host
Organizations may volunteer to host an open enrollment class (open to the public) in any location of their preference by providing a classroom, audio-visual (AV) equipment, and refreshments. The host receives a discount on the course fee for the organization’s employees/members. Media advertisement for the sponsored class includes the name of the course host which promotes the hosting organization nationally as a sponsor of training. Hosting organizations are encouraged to announce the sponsorship in their organization’s newsletters and local aviation bulletins.
Host Discount
The employees/members of the hosting organization receive a twenty percent discount on the course fee, or a free slot for a student.

Schedule
The open enrollment classes will normally be scheduled at least 90 days in advance to allow time to advertise nationally and fill minimum enrollment. Minimum enrollment will vary depending on the instructor travel and lodging cost, but will usually be approximately 10 students. Maximum class size is 50 students. per 8 hour class, per day.
Classroom
The host provides an appropriate classroom environment, relatively free from distracting activity and noise with capacity for at least twenty-five seats in a classroom configuration with writing space. There must be adequate open space to allow a minimum distance of ten feet from the projection screen to the first row of students. If enrollment exceeds the space allocated and a larger room is obtained, AMT Training Solutions will contribute the difference in room expense up to fifty percent of the larger classroom rental.
AV Equipment
The host provides an LCD projector of at least 4000 lumens with a projected resolution of at least SVGA and a projection screen of at least 10 feet diagonal.
Refreshments
The host provides morning coffee & donuts and afternoon soft drinks for participants.
