MICHAEL BRYANT – AMT TRAINING SOLUTIONS FOUNDER Michael Bryant started AMT Training Solutions in May 2002 with the new FAA Part 145 training requirements in mind.  As a manager in service and quality assurance departments within some well known repair stations, Michael fully understands the environment and realizes the impact the new rules will have on a repair station’s bottom line.  Mr. Bryant’s career in aviation began in 1975 when he enlisted in the U.S. Air Force as an Aircraft Maintenance Specialist.  Michael received advanced training and certification from the Air Force as a Technical Instructor and Instructional System Designer.  His experience includes work at the USAF Academy and NASA supervising aircraft maintenance training, safety, and quality programs.  Mr. Bryant is an FAA certified Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic and Private Pilot.  Michael has maintained an Inspection Authorization (IA) since 1986 and is currently designated by the FAA as a Designated Mechanic Examiner (DME) and Designated Airworthiness Representative (DAR).
